Prices 2025

* Price up to 4 persons, surcharge per additional person: 10 € / night (2 additional persons possible in bunk bed in third bedroom)

* Electricity consumption is included in the price up to 12 kWh per day, this is more than sufficient for the use of all electrical appliances, the possible additional payment is to calculate any excesses and costs of heating according to consumption.

Exclusive

  1. Final cleaning (pay on arrival)

  2. Pet surcharge

  3. Electricity consumption above 12 kWh per day: € 0.30/kWh.

  4. Basic set bath and kitchen linen on request at €4/pp per stay, beach towel €5/piece

  5. Tourist tax from 18 years: 1.44 € / day

  • Minimum 4 nights, 5% discount for rentals of more than 1 week​

  • Security deposit: The deposit is € 350 and can be wired on VDK account number IBAN BE55 8909 5424 8544 in the name of De Meyer I. - Bergmans I. After receipt of the warranty, the reservation is final and you will receive the rental contract and payment terms. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 10 days after departure if no damage is found. Any additional costs will be deducted from the deposit.

  • Reservation and cancellation conditions: When booking we require a deposit of 50% and the remainder is payable 30 days before the arrival date. By paying the deposit you agree to the General Terms and Conditions in the rental contract. A cancellation between 8 and 2 weeks before the arrival date does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the start of your stay, you owe us the entire booking amount.​
